Extended Health Insurance
We are committed to making your visit as convenient as possible by offering direct billing for extended health insurance whenever it is supported by your plan.
In British Columbia, extended health benefits vary based on your insurance provider and individual policy. Coverage levels, eligible services, referral requirements, and annual limits are determined by the terms of your specific plan.
At Rose Wellness Centre, direct billing may be available for eligible services such as physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, naturopathic care, clinical counselling, kinesiology, orthotics, and other covered treatments depending on your plan.

ICBC Coverage
If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, Rose Wellness Centre offers ICBC-approved treatment services designed to support your recovery.
For the first 12 weeks following your accident, you may be able to access pre-authorized treatment without requiring a referral from a family physician, nurse practitioner, or prior approval from ICBC.
To begin ICBC-covered treatment, you will need to provide your ICBC claim number and Personal Health Number.

Recovering after a car accident can involve more than one type of care. You may be dealing with pain, stiffness, weakness, reduced mobility, stress, anxiety, or difficulty returning to daily activities.
Rose Wellness Centre follows a multidisciplinary approach, allowing multiple practitioners to support your recovery when appropriate. This may include physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, kinesiology, and clinical counselling based on your needs.
Our goal is to help make your recovery plan clear, coordinated, and tailored to your situation.
MSP
If you live in British Columbia, the Medical Services Plan may help cover a portion of select extended health services for eligible patients.
MSP primarily covers essential medical services, but some individuals may qualify for MSP Supplementary Assistance. This can provide partial coverage for certain services, including physiotherapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture.
MSP Covered Services
If you qualify for MSP Supplementary Assistance, MSP may contribute $23 per visit, with a combined annual maximum of 10 visits per calendar year.
